How to Setup Local Syncing
Limitations & Rules
The Uploader must remain open to continue finding and syncing new photos automatically. Don't close the terminal window.
You can automatically adjust your upload speed in the app. The default maximum is safely queued to 100 images per minute to maintain stability.
Deleting a photo from your local folder will not delete it from the server. You must do this manually via the cloud console to free up space.
If you need to upload to another event, completely restart the software or re-authenticate after changing the assigned event.
Event Archive
Preserve your events beyond their expiry. Archived events retain all photos and data but cannot receive new uploads.
No Archived Events
When you archive an event from your dashboard, it will appear here. Archiving preserves your event and photos at a low coin cost per month.
How it works
Click "Archive" on any event card to begin.
Pick how many months to preserve (1.5 coins/GB/month).
Photos stay accessible. Extend or delete anytime with pro-rata refund.

Personalize the guest experience with your brand credentials and protect your photos with dynamic watermarks.
Global setting. Can be overridden per event.

How Storage Works
You are on a Lifetime Data Pack. Data never expires.
Data Rollover & Consumption
Used storage (both active and expired/deleted photos) permanently counts against your limit. Events automatically expire and get deleted after 180 days to protect your privacy, but the data space consumed by that event cannot be reclaimed.
If you run out of limit, you can buy a new Top-Up Data Pack. Any unused data from your previous pack rolls over automatically when your capacity limit is increased!
